Notice for Admission in Session 2021-22

Admission process started in Government/Private Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) of State

The link for Online Application will be available from 04-08-2021 to 28-08-2021 till 12:00 Midnight.

Online Payment of Fee can be done through Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking/UPI, for which payment gateway facility of Union Bank of India and State Bank of India has been provided.

Admission Registration Fee:

1. General/Backward Category: Fee Rs. 250/- (Rs. Two Hundred and Fifty only)

2. SC/ST: Fee Rs. 150/- (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty only)

Guidelines for filling the application form

PROCEDURE / GUIDELINES
FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION FORM PAYMENT OF ONLINE APPLICATION ONLY DEBIT CARD / CREDIT CARD / INTERNET BANKING / UPI. to be done through

    • Union Bank of India.
    • State Bank of India’s payment gateway facility will be available.

To apply online, the candidate has to open the website http://www.scvtup.in , and the link made on it (for Government/Private Industrial Training Institute) “Online Submission of Application for Admission for Session 2021-22 for Government By clicking on “Private ITI” , you have to first fill your form as follows. Also, the candidate will have to verify the mobile number with OTP before applying online, the details of which are as follows:

Process of OTP-

On clicking “Online Submission of Application for Admission for Session 2021-22 for Government / Private ITI” , a form will open in front of the applicant. In the above form, the applicant has to fill his name, father’s name, mother’s name, his category, mobile number and click on the Send OTP button. To reach the next step, an OTP will be sent to the applicant’s mobile number, which has to be filled in the relevant box and click on the Verify & Proceed ( Verify and Proceed) button.

After verification of OTP, the following page will be available to the applicant:

“Please select any one of the following options to apply for admission in government or private or government and private ITI in the session 2021-22, and complete the further process and take a printout of the filled online application form . ”

      • State (Government)
      • Private (Private)
      • State (Government) and private (Private)

Submit

The form filling process will be available on the website. After filling the form, he/she will have to make online payment through payment gateway of Union Bank of India and State Bank of India by clicking on the link ‘Proceed for Payment’ mentioned on the page “Preview”. Once the payment is made, he/she will be able to take a print out of his/her form. The details for assistance in online application will be available on the website in e-form. Candidates can print or download the return in full or any part of the return as per the requirement.

Candidates are directed to fill the information in the online application format carefully. Any mistake in the application may lead to cancellation of the application. Admission will be considered canceled even after being selected for giving wrong information by the candidates. Online applications are to be filled in capital letters (A,B,C….) and English numerals (1,2,3….) only. In the online application, the candidate’s name, mother’s and father’s name will also have to be entered in Hindi, for this provision of online key board has been given.

Method of filling online application form (for government/private institutions):-

1. Name of the applicant – On the serial number-01 of the online application, the candidate should write his name in capital letters in English in the same way as it is mentioned in his high school or equivalent certificate. Put a blank space between the name, middle name and surname. Do not put SHRI/SMT/KM etc before the name. The name of the candidate in the sample is SANDEEP KUMAR. The name of the candidate will also have to be entered in Hindi, for this arrangement of online key board has been given.

2. Father’s Name – In serial number-2, the candidate should write his father’s name in capital letters in the same way as it is mentioned in his high school or equivalent certificate. Put a blank space between the name, middle name and surname. Do not put SHRI before the name. The name of the father of the candidate in the sample is AMAR PRATAP. The father’s name will also have to be entered by the candidate in Hindi, for this provision of online key board has been given.

3. Mother’s Name – In serial number-3, the candidate should write his mother’s name in capital letters in the same way as it is mentioned in his high school or equivalent certificate. Put a blank space between the name, middle name and surname. Do not put SMT before the name. The name of the mother of the candidate in the sample is GEETA DEVI. The mother’s name will also have to be entered in Hindi by the candidate, for this arrangement of online key board has been given.

4. Spouse Name – In number-4, the candidate should write the name of his/her spouse in capital letters in English. Put a blank space between the name, middle name and surname. Do not put SHRI/SMT before the name. In the sample the name of the wife of the candidate is MADHU. The name of the husband or wife will also have to be entered by the candidate in Hindi, for this provision of online key board has been given.

5. Sex ( Gender) – No. -5 If you select the man of choice and if you are female candidates are men, select the woman’s choice. The option of transgender (bisexual/ transgender) is also available.

6. Date of Birth  Write your date of birth in serial number 6 as mentioned in your high school or equivalent examination certificate. Use the English numerals 01 to 31 for the date, choose the English name of the month indicated for the month of birth and then select the year. (The date of birth of the candidate has been shown as May 04, 1992 in the sample application form.)

7. Category-Select the caste category- for different categories at serial number-7 of the application form.

a- Unreserved Category-General (GEN)

If the candidate selects this category then he will get the option for reservation of EWS (Economically Weaker Section). Information for EWS eligibility can be seen by visiting the link given here.

B- Reserved Category-1. Other Backward Classes (OBC) 2. Scheduled Castes (SC) 3. Scheduled Tribes (ST)

8. Sub Category  Candidates should select the respective sub-category in this field on the basis of their sub-category. See completely filled sample. If the candidate does not fall in any of the sub-category, he/she does not have to make any selection.

      • a- Dependents of freedom fighters
      • b- Dependents of serving or ex-servicemen
      • c) Physically Handicapped (Disabled)

9. Type of Disability – If the candidate is physically handicapped, then select the type of disability.

10. MINORITY CATEGORY – Minority candidates should enter this column by selecting the minority category. No action is required in this column from a candidate belonging to a category other than a minority.

11. AADHAAR CARD NUMBER (UID NUMBER)- In this column, candidates should enter their AADHAAR card number, if allotted.

12. Mobile Number: In front of this serial number, the candidate should enter his 10 digit mobile number. The candidate will have to verify the mobile number with OTP before applying online. If the candidate does not have his/her mobile connection/number, he/she can enter the mobile number of his/her guardian or such relative so that he/she can get the necessary information regarding selection/admission. Do not put 0 (Zero) in the beginning of the mobile number.

13. E-mail ID – Against this serial number, the candidate can enter his E-mail ID.

14. Domicile – Against this serial number, if the candidate is a domicile of the state of Uttar Pradesh, then he has to select “Uttar Pradesh” otherwise “Others” in case he is a native of other state.

15. Home District – Select the district in which the candidate is a native of Uttar Pradesh state.

The following details are to be filled in the online application form for government institutions:-

16. Home Tehsil – In front of this serial number, the candidate has to select the tehsil of the district selected by him as per above, where he is a native, select it.

17. Home Development Block ( Home Block ) – Candidates in front of the number to select the block with his Uktanusar selected tehsil, where it is native, select it.
The development block of the Government Industrial Training Institute operating in the urban area is shown in Appendix 16 and 18, the development block “city area”. The candidate residing in the urban area can submit the option accordingly.

The following details are to be filled in the online application form for government/private institutions:-

18. A- Permanent Address: Candidates should fill their permanent address in capital letters in English very carefully in the prescribed field only.

Automatically debits Postal Address (Address For Correspondence) – A candidate must fill in the field very carefully prescribed in his letter full address behavior only capital letters. Be sure to fill the pin code number along with the address. Do not fill name and father’s name in the address. This address will be used by the council for other admission related proceedings.

19. Qualifying Educational Qualification – Only the candidate with the prescribed educational qualification is eligible to fill the online application. Details of desired educational qualifications and occupations are given for admission in business on Appendix-02 to 13 of the prospectus. Kindly study the candidates thoroughly and select the professions accordingly.

Note: The   minimum educational qualification shown in Appendix 02 to 13 for the business has been set by the DGT, Government of India for the particular profession.

On the online portal, only those professions will be displayed to the candidate in which he will have the minimum qualifying educational qualification to get admission, so fill the column of educational qualification carefully. In case the candidate possesses educational qualification of more than one column, fill it accordingly.

Candidates should select according to their desired educational qualification (VIII or High School as applicable) for their desired profession. Candidates should fill the option of profession according to their educational qualification, whose occupation wise details are shown in Appendix-02 to 13. In the event of getting selected, it will be mandatory to produce the certificate/mark sheet of passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission to the institute.

According to the mandate, the candidates who have passed the Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Allahabad can get the Government I.T.I. I am not eligible for selection. A candidate who has passed high school examination or equivalent examination from Board of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh, Allahabad can apply, but if a candidate applies for selection on the basis of equivalent examination, he/she will have to pass the examination passed by him/her to the Board of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh. , Allahabad’s equivalent certificate from the District School Inspector or Deputy Director of the concerned district, Education Department, Uttar Pradesh, after obtaining the selected Government ITI. will be required to give. In the absence of this the candidature of the candidate will be cancelled.

20. (a) Name of the previous ITI  If the candidate has been a trainee of any ITI in the past, then fill the name of that ITI in this column.

(b) Name of Previous ITI Trade  Similarly, if the candidate has been a trainee in any trade of ITI in the past, then fill the name of that trade in this column.

21.(1) Preference-State I.T.I. The candidates appearing in the admission process will select the option of their prescribed preference which is as follows-

      • For state level player candidate
      • For dependent sons, unmarried or widowed daughters of Government ITI employees
      • For dependent sons, unmarried or widowed daughters of employees of State Vocational Training Council
      • For candidates nominated by the industry (working in an industry for two years or more and nominated by that industry to undergo training)

Candidates related to the above four points should select the desired option according to their category. See completely filled sample. (The candidate in the sample is a state level player.)

21. (2) Preference-Private I.T.I. The candidates appearing in the admission process will select the option of their prescribed preference which is as follows-

      • For state level player candidate

22.1 Photograph-Candidates should upload their latest digital or scanned photograph (maximum size 50 KB in .jpg, .jpeg file format) in the prescribed space. The photograph will be uploaded on application number-22.1.

22.2 Signature of the candidate- Candidate should scan his/her signature done on plain paper (maximum 50 KB size in .jpg, .jpeg file format) and upload it in the designated space. Signature will be uploaded on application number-22.2.

23 (1). Applied Course Group – To fill the code of the above, the following procedure should be adopted for state institutions-

Example-

(a) If the candidate wants admission in the trades available under the course Group A, he/she has to select Group A. According to his educational qualification, the candidate can choose maximum 10 professions of maximum 06 institutes of any three (03) districts.

(b) If the candidate wants admission in the trades available under the course group B, then he has to select Group B. According to his educational qualification, the candidate can select maximum 10 professions of maximum 06 institutions in any three (03) districts.

(c) If the candidate wants admission in the trades available under both the course group A and B, then he has to select both the groups accordingly.

23 (2). Applied Course Group – To fill the code of the above, the following procedure should be adopted for private institutions-

Example-

(a) If the candidate wants admission in the trades available under the course Group A, he/she has to select Group A. According to his educational qualification, the candidate can choose the professions of maximum 25 institutes of any three (03) districts.

(b) If the candidate wants admission in the trades available under the course group B, then he has to select Group B. The candidate can choose the professions of maximum 25 institutions in any three (03) districts according to his educational qualification.

(c) If the candidate wants admission in the trades available under both the courses group A and B, then he will have to select both the groups accordingly.

24. Option for local reservation (for admission in government institutions) –

a. Home Development Block- If the candidate wants reservation of Home Development Block level then select this option. The development block of the Government Industrial Training Institute operating in the urban area is shown in Appendix-16 and 18, the development block “city area”. The candidate residing in the urban area can submit the option accordingly.

B. Home Tehsil- If the candidate wants home Tehsil level reservation then select this option.

s. Home District – If the candidate wants home district level reservation then select this option.

The. Home State – If the candidate wants Uttar Pradesh level reservation then select this option.

Note- Candidate can select one, more or all of the above options.

25. (1) Group-A and Group-B (Group-A & Group-B) – After filling the choice of district / tehsil / development block by the candidates, all the Government Industrial Training Institutes operating there will be displayed. After clicking ITI in “ITI List” displayed on the left side of this column of the form, click on “Select” button. Accordingly the selected ITI will be displayed in the selected ITI box on the right hand side.

25. (2) Group-A and Group-B (Group-A & Group-B) – After filling the choice of the district by the candidates, all the private industrial training institutes operating there will be displayed. After clicking ITI in “ITI List” displayed on the left side of this column of the form, click on “Select” button. Accordingly the selected ITI will be displayed in the selected ITI box on the right hand side.

On clicking any ITI ” + ” mark in the selected ITI list, the business operated in it will appear. On clicking on the name of the business, the name of that business will also be added to the box of the selected business.

Note:- Candidate can modify the selected institute/business before submitting the form, but after submitting the form no change (amendment) will be possible in the selected institute/business.

To remove the selected institute (ITI), the candidate has to select the ITI and click on the remove button. Similarly, to delete the selected business, the candidate has to select the business and click on “Delete Business Button”.

After filling the online application as above, the candidate is expected to check it thoroughly. After filling the online application form, the candidate will get the facility of preview, which the candidate should save the online application form only after checking thoroughly and carefully. Once the application is saved, no change or modification will be allowed in it.

After filling the form, he/she will have to make online payment through payment gateway of State Bank of India by clicking on the link ‘Proceed for Payment’ mentioned on the page “Preview”. Once the payment is made, he/she will be able to take a print out of his/her form. The details for assistance in online application will be available on the website in e-form. Candidates can print the return in full or any part of the return as per the requirement, or download it.
